Forge Series

Stop wasting heat. Start using it.

Forge captures heat from high-density liquid-cooled compute and delivers it into useful building, process, or hydronic systems.

  • Available in three scalable models

  • Converts Compute into Useful Heat

  • Hydronic & Glycol Integration

  • Real-Time Performance Monitoring

  • Made in USA

Purpose-Built for Thermal Infrastructure

The Forge Series wasn’t adapted from a traditional server rack. It was engineered from the ground up to turn compute heat into useful thermal energy. Every Forge system shares the same liquid-cooled architecture, industrial-grade components, and intelligent controls platform designed to deliver reliable heat recovery and operational simplicity at any scale.
Modular & Scalable

Right-size your deployment today, scale as your thermal demand grows.

Liquid-Cooled by Design

Captures more heat at the source with higher efficiency and lower noise.

Industrial-Grade

Built with robust components and controls for continuous, mission-critical operation.

Intelligent Controls

Real-time monitoring, automation, and remote management.

Safe. Integrated. Reliable.

Engineered for safe integration with building hydronic and glycol systems.

American Engineered

Designed, assembled, and supported in the United States

Flexible Ownership Models

Ridgeline's Forge platform can be deployed through two different ownership structures to accommodate varying capital budgets, operational preferences, and infrastructure requirements. From fully customer-owned installations to Ridgeline-owned and managed, we work with you to determine the model that delivers the greatest value.
Option 1
Customer-Owned
In a customer-owned model, the customer owns and operates the Forge system and receives both the recovered heat benefit and the compute-side economic value. This model may fit customers that want direct control over the equipment, compute payload, and operating strategy.

Own the equipment.

Own the compute.

Own the heat.

Best for customers seeking maximum operational control and long-term asset ownership.

Option 2
Ridgeline-Owned
In a Ridgeline-Owned model, Ridgeline designs, installs, owns, and operates the Forge system while you benefit from the recovered heat.

Ridgeline owns and operates the equipment.

Ridgeline owns and manages the compute infrastructure.

You receive utility rebates or energy cost offsets based on recovered heat delivered.

Best for organizations that want the benefits of thermal energy recovery without the capital investment or operational responsibility.

Compute-Agnostic by Design

Compute-Agnostic Slot Architecture

Forge is built on thermal infrastructure, not a single compute technology. Our platform is compatible with a wide range of liquid-cooled compute hardware today and engineered to support future innovations tomorrow.

As compute evolves, the thermal platform remains the constant—protecting your investment and ensuring long-term value.

Flexible by Design

Supports a variety of liquid-cooled compute workloads.

Future-Ready

Adaptable to new hardware as technology advances.

Thermal First

Our focus is on capturing and delivering heat—compute is the co-product.
